I (Still) Love Lisa Frank

I’m sure it comes as no surprise that Lisa Frank school supplies were a major part of my childhood. The bright rainbow colors and cute animals are right up my alley. A few years ago Lisa Frank came out with a series of adult coloring books that were available at Dollar General. There are no DGs in my area so my wonderful mom located a set and mailed them to me. I have hoarded them away for the last few years instead of actually using them.

I finally started on this adorable kitten at Christmastime, but ended up shelving it for about two months out of disinterest. I’ve circled back to coloring as a positive way to pass the time at home. It took me a while to finish once I started coloring again, but I’m pretty happy with how this little purple cutie turned out. I’m sure there will be more Lisa Frank coloring to come.
