Trying New Food Spots
I really enjoy browsing the Hot & New restaurants section on Yelp from time to time to find out about new places we might like to try. There have been quite a few that have opened in the last several months at The Village at Totem Lake so we’ve been working our way through some of them. Here’s what we’ve sampled so far:
New Home Office
For the last several months, I have been struggling with feelings of unhappiness towards our house (even though I know what we have should suit us nicely). I grew borderline obsessed with checking Redfin for houses in our area, but the prices are so steep it just doesn’t make sense for us to move. We talked it out and decided to see what kind of updates we could make to help me move through/past these feelings and the first option was to split out our home office.
Birthday Eats 2021
My birthday was last week and I’m happy to report it was much better than last year.
