Birthday Eats 2022

Jeff really outdid himself with my birthday meal this year by making everything from scratch. The menu included focaccia garlic bread, meatballs, lasagna, red velvet cupcakes (with the correct ermine icing), and cheesecake. He didn’t take any of his really fancy pictures, so I’m sharing the non-fancy ones.

We also had a dinner out at Tavolata in Capitol Hill. Items ordered included Sea Wolf Baguette, burrata, bucatini, pappardelle, gnocchi, meatballs, and zeppole. The food was good, but I appreciated Jeff’s meal more.
