Holo Taco Declassified Tacos Set [001]

I was surprised to see another collection/bundle/set drop on December 1st since it felt like we had just gotten the After Party collection, but I love the idea/theme here (previously unreleased or “rejected” polishes) so of course I “had to” buy it.

The set includes:

• Fifty Shades of Greige - a pale neutral linear holo polish that came about when Cristine mixed all the shades from the Pastel Rainbow collection together

• Sacrificial Lacquer - a dark red magnetic polish that didn’t make it into last year’s Magnetic Magic holiday collection

• Overshadowed - a steel blue/gray metallic polish that lost the vote to be included in the After Party collection (Crystal Skies was the winner)

• Foiled Again - a green frosted metal polish that was a prototype for the 2023 Holo Royalty polish, but was rejected in favor of purples and a pink

• Rose Gold Flake Taco - a rose gold foil flake topper that Cristine considered including in the Tea Cremes collection as well as the Down to Earn Bundle, but ultimately did not release at either time

• Magnetic Wand (for Sacrificial Lacquer)

I’m currently wear testing a skittle of this new collection on my right hand and so far all are holding up pretty well. I’m planning to do a bit more with wear testing and swatching in the new year, so more to come!
