Jeff Makes Stuff: Mixed Berry Layer Cake

Jeff has been practicing his cake skills lately and made two versions of a mixed berry layer cake with swiss meringue buttercream over the course of a few weeks.

He used the white cake layers recipe from America’s Test Kitchen The Perfect Cake recipe book and made his own jam and frosting. Not only did these turn out really pretty, they were equally tasty!
