Cristine has always been a tea lover - especially from DAVIDsTEA so both a tea and a polish collab make total sense to me. The polish colors are gorgeous and I was so excited to get a Holo Taco branded Nordic mug since I’ve always thought the DAVIDsTEA mugs were so neat. I also like the special box this collection arrived in (I think she termed it a super carton?) - it’s pretty without taking up oodles of space.

As rumored, Cristine released another set of prototypes that didn’t make it into any other collections.

Holo Taco’s 2024 holiday collection is based on a formula that many folks loved from a 2023 polish: the micro-shimmer in Safiya’s Spirit Fingers (later followed by Alien Infatuation in early 2024). I am included in the group of folks who found this formula really fun, so I was excited to buy this collection. The vibes are very wintery (as opposed to “holiday” colors) which I think will actually be more wearable for me. Let’s dive in!

Each year, Cristine releases something special for her birthday. In the past, these releases have been a bit smaller, but this year she decided to launch the biggest collection Holo Taco has ever had - a whopping 12 polishes as the Birthstone collection.
