/Cali crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this week - her little kidneys just couldn't kidney anymore. She lived a good, long 18ish years (16 of those as a member of our family). I'm so grateful that she chose us back in 2009 when we went to the Humane Society to look at dogs and instead came home with the silliest calico cat. She was my soul cat and life will never be the same without her crinkling around in a box full of packing paper or sneaking up on me to ask for a snack. We'll miss your sweet face forever, little kitter girl <3
