Santa Candy Jars
My Mom bought some Santa candy jar kits over the summer and sent them home with me from our STL trip. I worked up an initial version when I got back and he’s pretty darn cute.
Harvest Moon Pocket Shawl
Mom mentioned she had seen a pocket shawl she’d really like to have a few months ago. I pushed her to find a picture and sure enough it was one I had seen on Instagram from a designer I follow.
Puff Flower Tank Top
Two of my favorite crochet designers had neat tops made out of individually crocheted flowers, so I took it as a sign that I should try to construct a top of my own.
The Wonderland Top
I discovered a new-to-me crochet artist on Instagram at the end of 2020 - CrochetWithAlannaMiall. She has so many neat pieces and I just love her style. Earlier this year she released a pattern for the Wonderland top - it has a really neat back with an option for short sleeves or long flared sleeves. Since I’ve had decent success in creating tops for myself so far, I decided to purchase the pattern and see what would happen.
Neat Ripple WIP
I started a new crochet project in mid-December and wanted to share some progress pictures of how it’s going so far:
Sierra Mandala Vest
After my success with making the Summer Fruits tank top, I decided I wanted to continue trying to crochet clothing. I had originally made a list of tank tops I thought were cute to work through, but that no longer captured my interest since the seasons have changed.
More Amigurumi Teddy Bears
My Limemate, TC, is due to have her second little one very soon so the team decided to put together a baby basket for her since we weren’t able to celebrate in person together. After seeing she’d decorated the nursery in an outdoorsy/mountains type of theme, I knew exactly what to make - another set of my favorite teddy bears.
