Jeff Kickstartered the Sansaire sous vide machine last fall and we're so excited that it showed up on our doorstep this week! It came in an uber cool package that had a picture of the machine in water(though it took us a bit to figure that out). Jeff immediately opened it, allowed me a few minutes to admire its beauty, put it in a tub of water, and tossed in some eggs to test it out.
