Independence Weekend Eats
Food is something we’ve turned to a lot this year since it’s the one thing that it feels like we can still indulge in with low risk. We took our liberties with the carb eating last weekend for the holiday. Here are some excerpts:
Holo Taco Rainbow Collection
Holo Taco recently released a Rainbow collection. In case it wasn’t clear, I’m drawn to bright colors (and shiny/sparkly things) so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that I had to buy it. It showed up this week and I’m so freaking excited for all the future nail art I’m going to do!
Birthday Eats 2020
I had my birthday recently and just was not feeling it this year. It’s not that I was feeling old and grumpy about it - more like coronavirus has changed everything so much that it just didn’t feel right to celebrate anything. It’s like I just keep waiting for us to get the virus under control so we can go back to some semblance of normalcy when in reality nobody knows when this will get better. Thankfully, Jeff and AR helped me celebrate safely via takeout food.
Cricut Bread?
Jeff jumped on the sourdough bread wagon a while back. Being the artsy fartsy husband he is, he was also decorating the loaves in various ways
Walk Rocks
I’ve been keeping up with taking more time to walk outside and had my first encounters with my community’s painted rocks.
