Anniversary Cardmaking

I’m here to tell you about how exciting it was to make a really neat card for my parents’ wedding anniversary with the Cricut Maker I bought to help Jeff make pretty bread. I poked around in Design Space looking at designs available via Cricut Access for way longer than I want to admit before I came upon one that I thought was really neat: the Heart Invitation (#M70B59). I also used an image to draw “have a happy anniversary” so I didn’t have to write anything myself (and because it’s fun to watch the Cricut use a pen): #M16614EF.

I’m still learning what mat to use, how to adjust the settings, and how to successfully remove things from the mat to get everything just right, so I was pleased that it came out really nicely. Mom and Dad enjoyed my work and that’s what really matters!
