Jeff's Birthday Dinner 2021

Jeff had his birthday last week and he chose Spinasse for his birthday meal. We had originally planned to try the tasting menu, but we were only able to get a late reservation and it seemed like too much food for that late in the evening. Here are the items we ordered:

1. Anchovy crostini (there's probably a real name, but I didn't catch it)

2. Cavatelli con ragu di costolette di manzo

3. Tajarin al ragu

4. Brasato di maiale al latte

5. We didn’t order dessert because somebody baked himself a birthday pie so they brought out this adorable little penguin named Giuseppe with a birthday candle instead. My heart almost exploded with joy.

We will definitely come back here to try the tasting menu at another time when we can get an earlier reservation like the early bird special diners we are at heart.
